Pre-made items ship within the same week once payment is received.

Made-to-order items take 4–5 weeks to make and ship. Check the item description for details.

All orders ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid delays.

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are offered at our discretion. To request a refund or exchange, please submit a form through our Contact Us page.

Requests made more than 60 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and fix it. Any damage reported after 30 days of delivery will be considered the customer’s responsibility.
